Given a customer has both payments and non-payment products, when a COT is completed, I want to notify the payments team.
I want to notify the payments team, when we complete a COT with a customer who also has that product.
So that I can notify them of the possibility that they may need to address the situation with their products.
An ETL process to pass information from Zoho to CRM already exists.
There is some work going on in R2 to update this process to pass through additional information. - Whilst that work is ongoing we could possibly fulfil this.
There is no transfer of information from CRM to Zoho to systemise the reverse of this process.
In around June there may be more processes moving from Zoho onto CRM as part R2 work with the eventual aim to discontinue Zoho.
