Given a customer has both insurance and non-insurance products, when a COT is completed, I want to notify the insurance team.
I want to notify the insurance team, when we complete a COT with a customer who also has that product.
So I can notify them of the possibility that they may need to address the situation with their products.
Need to think about how we would know if the customer has both insurance and non-insurance products.
Currently there is no transfer of information to and from CRMS/CRM.
Question around value - how many of these are we likely to come across.
