Water Programme for OTP Ideas Portal
We are currently embarking on trial with Perch part of disconnections and part of the water programme.
We are looking to ask new customers who are found in the trial for a deposit. If customers refuse this deposit it allows us to move expedite their temp disconnection.
To take that option we need a letter in the print list for deposit refusal. Emma Baker has confirmed this can be done via the account print list rather than supply. However, we will need Dev support to pull fields into the store procedure.

Why would we do this?
We need to send this letter from a regulations point of view to enable us to proceed to temp disconnection. The benefit of this would be to assist the trial and reduce wholesale cost for risky sites. |
Set to future consideration until we know what fields are required - meeting on 22nd May should provide more insight.
Letters can be added to the Print List through configuration in PrintManager.
Also there is a question around if this letter should be triggered in Qualco due to it being debt related.
